This is for those who feel the quiet ache of knowing—that life is meant to be lived with more presence, more devotion, more fire—and who are ready to stop outsourcing their truth.

Cacao does not force awakening. She restores relationship.

And through that relationship, we remember how to listen.

The Awakened Heart is a sacred online immersion with cacao as our ally—an invitation to soften the mind, open the body, and remember how to live from the truth of your heart.

This container is for those who feel the quiet (or not-so-quiet) knowing that there is more aliveness, more purpose, more intimacy with life available—and who are ready to listen.

Cacao does not push. She reveals. She does not demand. She invites.

And when we learn to walk with her, we learn to walk with our own inner guidance.

WHY CACAO

Cacao is an ancient heart medicine technology—one that works through gentleness, honesty, and coherence rather than intensity or bypass.

She brings us back into right relationship: with our emotions, with our bodies, with the Earth, with what we know but have learned to ignore.

When approached with reverence, cacao becomes a living mirror—revealing where we are aligned, and where we have learned to close, harden, or abandon ourselves in order to survive.

In this immersion, cacao is not a trend, a supplement, or a performance enhancer.

She is a relational ally. A teacher of presence. A guide back to the heart as a place of intelligence, not sentimentality.

My relationship with cacao began in 2020, when I trained with Keith’s Cacao to facilitate ceremony. What I did not know then was that this training would become an initiation far beyond facilitation.

For many months, I worked with cacao daily—sitting in extended ceremony, listening, feeling, and allowing myself to be reshaped from the inside out. What emerged was something akin to a personal dieta: a slow, devotional deepening with the spirit of cacao herself.

At the end of 2020, I was called to Guatemala to meet this medicine at her roots. I spent time in cacao forests, listening to the land, remembering through my body. I later lived among cacao trees in Oaxaca, Mexico, allowing this relationship to weave itself not just into ceremony, but into daily life.

Alongside this devotion, I am a trained yoga teacher and sacred space holder, with years of study and practice in shamanic traditions, Tantra, holistic wellness, and quantum energy healing.

I have been nomadic on and off since I was 18—learning, often through direct experience, what it means to live in trust, surrender, and radical honesty with the heart’s guidance.

I have worked continuously with this frequency since cacao and I first met.

My life has been transformed not by seeking transcendence—but by learning how to stay.

This immersion is a distillation of that lived devotion.

My highest prayer is this:

Not postponing your dreams. Not diluting your truth. Not living half‑alive.

But choosing a life that is fully inhabited.

A life where your actions are coherent with your knowing.

A life rooted in connection—to self, to Earth, to the unseen.

The Awakened Heart is a space to practice that remembrance until it becomes embodied.

You are seeking a quick fix or purely intellectual information
You want peak experiences without integration into daily life
You are not willing to slow down, feel, and listen
You are currently in acute crisis and not supported by additional care

Safety, Integrity & Consent

This work is held with care, reverence, and respect for the nervous system. While cacao is generally gentle, heart-opening work can surface emotional material and create physiological effects that must be honored.
This immersion is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. You are always invited to move at your own pace, listen to your body, and choose what feels aligned for you.
Important contraindications & considerations:
Those currently taking SSRIs or other antidepressant medications are not able to participate, as ceremonial cacao can interact with these medications and create adverse side effects.
If you have high or low blood pressure, please reach out prior to enrolling to ensure this container is appropriate for you.
If you are currently pregnant, please check in before registering so we can assess safety and dosage considerations together.
Cacao is optional, and clear guidance will be provided on sourcing, preparation, and dosage.
Consent, self-responsibility, and integrity are foundational to this work

Session Length: 2 hours live each week on Zoom + at-home integration practices

Recordings: All sessions will be recorded and available if you cannot attend live
