Service Description
Group sessions meet 1x per week on Zoom for 90min. Each call will include a tailored cacao journey to the theme of the week. There will be educational components to learn about the history and benefits of cacao, weekly guided home practices, playlists, movement classes, unique cacao recipes, and a group chat with all participants to stay focused and share insights and breakthroughs. Course includes 1 brick of ceremonial cacao!!
