Mt. Shasta has been recognized by Indigenous keepers, mystics, and Earth-tenders for millennia as one of the planet's most concentrated points of consciousness - a literal window between dimensions.
La Ventana - "the window" - is a private sanctuary at the foot of the mountain. Forest, water, fire-pit ceremonial space, and a contained field designed to hold deep work.

Why is this application-only?
Because 18 souls is intentional. We are not filling seats - we are weaving a circle. The application process protects the field for every person inside it, and ensures the people who arrive are the people who are meant to be there.
What's the closest airport?
The closest airport is Redding Regional Airport (RDD) in Northern California. We will share full arrival logistics once you're accepted, and you're welcome to reach out to us directly to help coordinate your journey in.
Are couples welcome - can we share a bed?
Couples are welcome to apply together. Bed-sharing depends on the specific bunk arrangements at La Ventana, which we will confirm directly with you. There are also options for couples wishing to camp on the land together. please reach out to us directly to discuss what will work best for you.
What's the deposit and what happens after I apply?
If your application is accepted, you'll be invited to a brief alignment call with the hosts. Following that call, your place is held with a 50% deposit ($1100). The balance is due 14 day before arrival. Full payment is also welcome.
What's the food like?
Nourishing whole foods designed to support the deep work of the container. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions - please share yours in your application.
How do I prepare?
Once accepted, you'll receive welcome transmissions and preparation guidance - including gentle shifts in diet, receptive listening, and land practices that begin attuning you to the field of Mt. Shasta before you arrive. We'll also gather for at least one preparation call together before the gathering.
What if I'm not accepted?
If this isn't the right container for you in this season, we'll let you know with care - and invite you onto our Sacred Journeys list so that you're held inside a wider field of what we are seeding.
